These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the MyPetHQ mobile application and website (the "Service") operated by MyPetHQ ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
MyPetHQ provides tools for pet sitters, groomers, and their clients to manage bookings, pet profiles, invoices, and communications. You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.
MyPetHQ offers a free plan and a Pro plan at $10/month. The Pro plan includes a 7-day free trial for new subscribers.
You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service, including pet photos, care notes, and business information. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to store and display that content solely to provide the Service.
You are solely responsible for the content you upload. You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, harmful, or violates the rights of others.
MyPetHQ facilitates communication between pet service providers and their clients. We are not a party to any agreements between providers and clients. Any disputes between providers and clients are solely their responsibility.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyPetHQ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@mypethq.app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via the app or email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
