To sync data between provider and client accounts when linked.

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following circumstances:

Between linked accounts: When a client links to a provider, relevant pet and booking data is shared between their accounts.
Service providers: We use Firebase (Google) for data storage and authentication, Resend for transactional emails, and Expo for push notifications.
Legal requirements: We may disclose information if required by law.

4. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely using Google Firebase's Firestore database. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and data at any time by contacting us at support@mypethq.app.

5. Push Notifications

We use push notifications to send booking reminders, invoice alerts, and pet update notifications. You can disable notifications at any time through your device settings or within the MyPetHQ app settings.

6. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe we have collected information from a child under 13, please contact us immediately.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

Access the personal information we hold about you.
